Refund policy
All Glamorizta products can be returned to glamorizta.com within 14 days of receipt of the products. However, the right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and defect-free items from which the labels have not been removed. Any loss of value due to wearing, washing or causing other traces of use as well as removal of the safety label, removal/damage of the original packaging, accessories, etc. will result in the return being rejected, as we cannot offer these items for sale again. In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer at their cost without reimbursement of the purchase price.
No monetary refunds. Deposit only refundable as gift cards.
Exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase only.
No returns or exchanges of damaged goods.
All expenses for return shipments, are borne by the customer.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.
We do not accept returns from outside of South Africa.

We do not offer repair services. Any damage resulting from improper use, lack of care or normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.
If repairs are needed, we recommend consulting a qualified third-party repair service at your discretion
