Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours after funds have cleared.
We charge a standard delivery fee depending on the product purchased and your delivery address.
Delivery will be to the address you provided. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, our courier will advise whether your order has been left in a specified safe place, or returned to the depot.
Once the products are delivered to the delivery address specified by you, all risk including of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you.
We shall be under no liability for any failure to deliver products when specified if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
The delivery times stated on our site are an estimate as we use a trusted third party courier company. Although delays are rare there are due to unforeseen circumstances and often out of our control.
We will make every effort to keep you informed should supply of your product(s) be prevented or delayed for reasons beyond our control. We shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure of products being delivered when originally specified.
We are not liable for additional charges such as import duty or any other applicable charges.
The goods will remain property of Glamorizta until full payment has been made.
Glamorizta does not deliver to rural areas and does not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
International shipments: Please contact us directly on info@glamorizta.com for a quote with the desired product and destination. You will be liable for all import duties and taxes.
A flat fee of R369 is charged for all orders.
