Glamorizta sells products listed on glamorizta.com and in store under the following Terms and Conditions (T’s&C’s). These T’s&C’s apply regardless of how you access our website online. Please read these T’s&C’s carefully before using our website or purchasing in store.
We reserve the right to update our T’s&C’s at any time.
Terms of service
- You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law, regulation or code of practice; in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; in any way that infringes any intellectual property right or right to privacy; and/or to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation to any person.
- You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site or products found on our site. Breach of any of these conditions of use of our site constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Important notice: We comply with applicable Covid-19 legislation. For up to date information about the pandemic visit www.sacoronavirus.co.za.
- The discount code applies to online purchases until 29th February 2029 only. Exclusions apply.
Payment
- We accept all major payment providers.
- During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. All fields marked as compulsory must be completed.
- By completing payment details you confirm that the method being used to make payment belongs to you, or is in your name.
- We take full payment immediately for all products. Card payments will be subject to authorisation from your card issuer.
- All prices are charged in South African Rand.
Changes to orders and cancellation
- Products ordered cannot be changed.
- You cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched.
- If you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours. Please email us on info@glamorizta.com You do not have to state a reason.
- Once the order has been shipped and you wish to cancel, returns to us will need to be covered by you. Before you ship the order, please email us on info@glamorizta.com
Gift Card
- The gift card can be used to purchase any article available on our website or in our store (exception: another gift card) prior to its expiration date. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges or reimbursements of your gift card are only applicable in accordance with the return and withdrawal rights and conditions outlined in these T’s&C’s. An item can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card, which is valid for 12 months from the date of original purchase.
- Glamorizta reserves the right to cancel or block the Gift Card, if deemed necessary due to legal reasons, for example, in case of loss or misuse of the Gift Card. You will be informed immediately in the case of cancelling or blocking the Gift Card.
Intellectual property
- All intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it, are owned by us.
- You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
- You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission to do so from us.
